Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a professional sales specialist with excellent English proficiency (Advanced level) and strong negotiation skills. Your primary focus will be to find suitable real estate properties for us, negotiate with owners, and help close deals.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations with property owners and realtors in the state of New Jersey, USA, in English.
- Analyze properties, determine their potential profitability, and arrange purchase agreements.
- Work with clients interested in quickly selling their properties.
- Seek new opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Participate in developing strategies for finding profitable properties.
What We Offer:
- Income: A base salary of 30,000 UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia) plus a progressive commission from each closed deal (minimum $500 per deal).
- High Earning Potential: Success entirely depends on your ability to find and close deals. Top-performing sales specialists consistently earn over $10,000 monthly, but this requires dedication, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
