About the role:
We are looking for a Partner Operations Analyst, who will join the team.

Required skills:
- At least 2+ years experience as Data Analyst (or related).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SQL.
- Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency.
- Upper-Intermediate English
- High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Brilliant Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive Issue Management.

Responsibilities:
- Establish excellent relationships with the company's partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
- Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partner's performance/decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating.
- Develop and oversee relationships with partners, performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients.
- Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner Operation Manager.
- Bring important insights and cooperate with relevant stakeholders to drive important changes which can make partner operations more efficient.
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involve.
