Our client, an international FMCG company, one of the leaders in the field of hygiene and health, is looking for a Junior Brand Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in development of brands' strategy and plans to achieve financial targets
- Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, customers' category needs and changes, competitor’s performance and proactively offer actions addressing issue/opportunities
- Lead NDPs launch: product / concept qualification, commercialization of launches, alignment with stakeholders
- Lead planning and execution of brand communication campaigns
- Closely cooperate with Head Quarter and Local Team (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Coordinate agencies work to produce high quality marketing materials
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Marketing)
- 1+ years of relevant FMCG experience in Marketing (or 2+ as Assistant Brand Manager);
- Leadership Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Creativity and out of the box thinking
- Proactivity and self-sufficiency skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Presentation Skills
- Good knowledge of brand marketing and trade marketing basic principles
- Good knowledge of the market, consumer and shopper trends
- English language — upper intermediate
