We are a fast-growing fintech company that develops innovative solutions in retail, wholesale and e-commerce, providing global instant online payments in cryptocurrency/fiat, secure money storage. All Niko Technology products are licensed and meet global safety standards.
Due to team expansion, we are currently looking for Paralegal, Accountant to join our Legal and Finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening bank accounts and registering legal entities in Ukraine and abroad.
- Preparing and reviewing necessary legal documents.
- Cooperating with banks, governmental institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Providing consultations on corporate law and banking services.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in opening bank accounts and registering legal entities.
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, and preferably international law.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
