Requirements to candidate:
- University degree in marketing/digital marketing;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of digital brand promotion channels;
- Theoretical and practical skills in the use of digital tools;
- Knowledge and ability to build a brand marketing strategy in digital channels;
- Knowledge and ability to work with analytical tools for digital channels;
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of various digital channels and tools;
- Knowledge of the advertising and digital market, its conditions, features and specifics;
- Project management skills;
- Understanding of SMM marketing tools;
- Experience in creating content plans and implementing them;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- English at upper intermediate level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and support of digital activities for the target audience (Google search, You Tube, SEO, SMM, other channels);
- Active participation in the OCM project of brand campaigns (planning remote communications with doctors in CRM, generating emails, collecting analytical data, tracking KIPs, interacting with contractors);
- E-commerce: launching campaigns, interaction with contractors, documentary support, preparation of analytical data and tracking KIPs by brands;
- Plans and executes all web campaigns, SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email campaigns, display advertising and social media campaigns;
- Coordinate the work of external contractors (setting the terms of reference and monitoring the implementation);
- Work with CRM system and client base;
- Development of digital content (including websites), from the preparation of the ToR to the implementation of the project;
- Preparation of analytical reports (work with Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, etc.);
- Monitoring of market innovations and implementation of new tools and practices in the company's digital channels;
- Support in the development of digital marketing strategies and programs for the focus brands in the company's product portfolios in line with the strategic steps for brands’ development;
- Monitoring of competitor activity to identify and implement best practices;
- Development and publication of content in social media, interaction with the audience through comments and messages;
- Prepare and publish content (articles, news, posts) for various online platforms of the company in accordance with the marketing strategy;
- Taking part in conducting of webinars and online trainings upon request;
- Control of document flow and contractors.
