Medical Advisor

We are looking for Medical Advisor to join our team. 

TERRITORY OF RESPONSIBILITY: Ukraine

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate University degree Medical Doctor/Pharmacist/Clinical Pharmacist;
• 3+ years of experience of pharmaceutical experience as Product Manager, Medical Advisor, MSL; 
• Knowledge in phlebology, diabetology and cardiology is a plus;
• Fluent English, Ukrainian.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with multi-disciplinary teams and to cope with challenges;
• Project management skills and operational effectiveness;
• TAE management, successful building long-term partnership;
• Strong public speaking, written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian languages;
• Emotional intelligence, proactivity, analytics & synthesis of information, solution-orientation, ability to negotiate and effectively cope with changes;
• Experience or expertise working in phlebology, diabetology and cardiology is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the development and implementation of Medical Strategy within assigned therapeutic area, providing medical scientific support required in all the projects within the affiliate and collaborating with other department;
• Engagement of key external stakeholders: therapeutic area experts (TAEs), health care authorities, scientific and medical associations, patient and representatives of patient advocacy groups, other;
• To develop and communicate local data generation activities based on medical gap analysis aimed to increase the medical value of our therapeutic solutions;
• To implement medical educational activities for health care professionals and patients, defining key gaps, addressing academic and daily practice insights, patients’ needs, designing medical communication strategy;
• To review all the non-promo and promotional materials ensuring high-quality medical content;
• Timely responses to all inquiries for assigned therapeutic areas from healthcare professionals or patients;
• Maintain personal expertise in relevant therapeutic areas that can be applied externally and internally by communicating fair-balanced information to external stakeholders.
