We are currently looking for a qualified accounting specialist for our new client — Digital accounting agency in Switzerland.
At this point, Zelh is looking for an Accounting to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage client accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing interim and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss law (OR).
- Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities.
- Handle VAT returns, including preparation, submission, and annual reconciliations.
- Manage payroll and personnel administration for clients.
- Support mandate managers in serving a diverse customer base.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in fiduciary services or accounting.
- Fluency in German (written & spoken) is a must.
- Proficiency in various accounting software (please specify your experience in the application).
- Strong knowledge of Swiss or European accounting principles is a plus.
Working conditions:
- Location: Remote
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM Swiss Time (Monday — Friday)
- 15 days of PTO, 20 — after 2 years, 7 days of Public Holidays
- Official employment (taxes on us)
