Your Role:
As a Brand Manager, you’ll develop and implement the local brand strategy for the Benelux and DACH regions, ensuring its alignment with our broader BCC Marketing strategies. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager for Northern Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual brand and strategic business plans in collaboration with the Northern European Senior Brand Manager.
- Ensure brand consistency in range, segmentation, packaging, and communication.
- Manage product-specific updates, including translations, rollovers, and project coordination.
- Inspire trade partners with compelling trade stories to execute the brand strategy.
- Develop and implement the 4P’s strategy: Price, Promo, Portfolio, and Merchandising.
- Lead the creation of annual customer marketing plans and activation plans, including media and retailer support.
- Drive in-store and on-shelf POP (Point of Purchase) support, including displays and shelf-trays.
- Oversee the brand's budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Create and manage e-commerce content to optimize online presence.
- Analyze and apply Nielsen insights to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in consumer marketing with expertise in brand building.
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with assertiveness and independence.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative and relationship-building capabilities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the marketing communication landscape and emerging trends.
- Education: University degree required.
- Languages: Fluent English is essential.
