Junior Business Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients to understand and clarify their project needs and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements.
• Work alongside designers, developers, and testers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Proficiency in business process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, user stories, use cases).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Strong ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus Points for:

• A technical background.
• Experience working with UI/UX designers.
• Previous experience in collaborative teams of 3+ members
