Remote FP&A Analyst

GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions is a Ukrainian-Polish company specializing in the fast and precise recruitment of top professionals and middle/ senior managers in Central and Western Europe and North America.

This time, we are looking for an FP&A Analyst for our client, a US company specializing in IT support and cybersecurity services in the finance and investment sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on time.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential.
• Nice-to-have NetSuite skills.
• Willingness to work according to New York time zone.
• Conversational level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Being able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
