Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and love working with data? We’re looking for a SalesOps Assistant to support our sales operations team! This role is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining smooth operations across LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Farming LinkedIn Accounts: Manage LinkedIn accounts to ensure they remain active and productive.
- Organize and maintain leads Nurturing on Linkedin: writing comments, administering semi-automated sequences with social activities, greetings anniversaries, etc.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather data and maintain analytical reports for various sales activities.
- Social Selling Index (SSI) Monitoring: Track and measure the Social Selling Index across all LinkedIn profiles.
- Trigger Monitoring: Keep track of triggers for all MQLs+
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist with any tasks or requests from the SalesOps Lead, Dmytro.
- Automation Support in Make: Maintain and troubleshoot automation workflows in Make to ensure smooth operations.
- Email Deliverability Administration and Testing: Manage and test email deliverability through Folderly to optimize inbox placement.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher.
- A proactive and flexible attitude toward supporting team needs
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and different sales tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
