We are looking for a Client Success Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ ongoing success and satisfaction. This role combines analytics, client relationship management, and cross-department collaboration to deliver data-driven insights and solutions that align with our clients’ goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and ensure the relevance and accuracy of client profiles.
- Conduct monthly research on client companies, including news, layoffs, acquisitions, job openings, partnerships, budgets, investments, and events.
- Compile and create tailored marketing materials, emails, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure all materials are SalesReady and aligned with client needs.
- Maintain and update QBR templates, including tracking additional service opportunities for each client.
- Gather client success stories, maintain an organized database, and analyze opportunities for sharing success stories.
- Track client meetings, identify gaps and trends, and ensure all critical information is documented accurately.
- Act as a bridge between Delivery, Project Management, Account Management, and R&D departments, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in banking, finance, economics, or analytics.
- Previous experience in IT is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical, economic, or analytical field such as Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret client-related data.
- Ability to create comprehensive and visually appealing presentations and quarterly reports.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments, such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Project Management, to gather input and ensure seamless coordination.
- Comfortable using modern tools and technologies to enhance productivity, including AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, data analysis tools, and CRM systems.
- Good written English skills at intermediate level or higher.
- Adaptability to learn and implement new tools and technologies quickly.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
