Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our Salesforce platform. Your expertise will support both the testing and administration of Salesforce to optimize its performance and align with our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and document defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, track defects, and provide regular updates on testing progress to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality.
- Partner with the Salesforce team to address bug-fixing tasks and implement system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual QA, with extensive experience as a Salesforce QA Specialist.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce features, capabilities, and limitations.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
