Brite Logistics is a Transportation Company that has been in business for 13+ years. We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee 150+ trucks in our fleet. We have a great environment with an attractive compensation package. This role is vital to the operational objectives. Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and reliable Trucks and Trailers are available to meet operational requirements.
- Arrange road service for equipment breakdowns.
- Schedule equipment maintenance with our shop.
- Data entry of maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Update team and drivers with maintenance and repair status.
- End of shift email to maintenance and afterhours of maintenance/repairs still in progress.
- Any other duties as assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English Required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office intermediate (Preferred)
