You are:   

• An experienced professional in the operational teams (2+ years);
• Skilled in MS Office
• Great at communicator and team player
• Good at planning and organizational skills
• Adaptable to change in fast-paced environment
• Able to lead multigenerational team and team of matrix environment
• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level  

With you we will: 

• Manage and develop the P2P team
• Work on implementation of P2P plans and objectives, support S2P achieving Annual NPS for Operational Partners
• Support on implementation of different projects across served Markets
• Drive and monitor the timeliness and accuracy of the activities in scope: resolution of Parked and Blocked items and Pre/Post Vendor Life Cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with Nestle practices for P2P processes
• Drive continuous improvement to standardize, simplify and automate the P2P activities and improve FTR of processes
• Participate in TSQ meetings
