
Claims Management Coordinator
Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of a position in transportation and logistics of Claims Management Coordinator in Lviv.
With us you will:
- Gain experience in Finance, Accounting and Logistics through managing reclamation costs, working with Consulting Agency, internal and external Stakeholders
- Support team in standardizing and improving the process, drive extension of Claims Management project.
- Cooperate with variety of transportation service providers on behalf of one of the biggest shippers in Europe;
- Cooperate with Nestle businesses, factories and distribution centers across Europe;
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish clear roadmap for claims management project implementation, align with PM team in terms of transition and project plans, presents development of the project to market & category stakeholders, ensure sustain of the project after go live and hypercare phases.
- Develop claims management process centrally across all Transportation HUBs along the way, mitigating pain points raised by the operational partners, ensure compliance and timely resolution.
- Collect necessary documents and information required for registration of claims and refusals related to damaged goods.
- Register claims accurately and promptly, ensuring all relevant details are captured. Ensures timely capture of main reason codes to enable further root cause analysis
- Conduct investigations with carriers for claims with defined threshold following business model confirmed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Register claims in the 3rd party Consulting Platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Create returned deliveries for rejected goods, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Manage demurrage charges associated with customer claims, minimizing costs and ensuring timely resolution.
Main Requirements:
•University degree;
• Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level), German or Polish language – intermediate/upper-intermediate;
• Strong finance, accounting, communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);
• Attention to details, time management, project management and organizational skills; • Ability to work with big volume of data;
• Experience of work in SAP system minimum 2 years.
• Experience of work in Finance and/or Logistics minimum 3 years.
