Brand Manager

UNIQA Insurance Company — a leader in the Ukrainian insurance market and a member of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a Brand Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Development of ideas for brand promotion and positioning. 

• Planning/launching advertising campaigns, tracking, and analyzing results in work groups. 

• Handling requests for marketing support of company projects. 

• Organizing and participating in PR events and activities to promote the brand. 

• Monitoring target audience reactions, user attitudes towards the brand, synchronizing the work of other company departments for successful brand strategy implementation. 

• Working with external partners. 

• Documenting and financial reporting in the area. 

• Defending projects and presenting plans/results. 

• Participation in international UNIQA Group projects. 

What we expect from you: 

• At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketer. 

• Developed skills in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, GFK, Similarweb, etc.). 

• Ability to work with data processing and visualization services (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets). 

• Basic experience and knowledge of advertising systems (Google/Meta Ads). 

• Ability to work with brand identity, create guidelines, brand books, mood boards. 

• Basic knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Canva. 

• English proficiency of at least Upper Intermediate. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Ability for analytical thinking and decision-making. 

• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
