CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Environmental Department at our cement plant in Mykolaiv as an Environmental Manager, who will monitor the company's compliance with current environmental legislation, instructions, regulations and corporate standards for environmental protection.

Key reaponsibilities:

• Organization and control of Environmental deparmnents activity at all locations of CRH in Ukraine (Cemark) 
• Secure availability and updates of environmental permits at all locations of CRH Ukraine (Cemark) 
• Control the fulfilment of environmental permits conditions and sanitary legislation for manufacturing activities at all locations of CRH Ukraine (Cemark) 
• Secure environmental permits and fulfilment of their conditions for new projects and business developments 
• Assure fulfilment of initiatives and processes requested by CRH Group 
• Assure reduction of industrial impact on environment, efficiency of processes, developing the measures for environmental protection improving, continuous development and improvement of environmental department structure to up to date needs 
• Environmental budget management and planning 
• Participation and control of Internal and External Audits and Inspections 
• Business trips inside and outside of Ukraine

Requirements:

Education: Environmental Engineer / Industrial Ecology Engineer 
Experience:
- management of environmental function in production industry (cement, mineral processing, metallurgy) minimum 5 years
- strong skills on management of new projects
- strong management skills lead the team 
- strong communication and stakeholders relation skills
- strong leadership and project managment skills
- confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- English level - Upper-intermediate
