Due to company growth Soufflet Agro Ukraine is inviting Legal Specialist of Credit Department

 Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve deferred payment terms, monitor customer creditworthiness, and oversee payment reminders.
• Manage promissory notes, ensuring timely document signing, draft approvals, and transaction recording.
• Coordinate partner programs, liaising with banks and supporting sales managers.
• Oversee transactions, verifying balances, approvals, and closing deals in the SAP system.
• Monitor agrarian receipts, ensuring proper contract execution and debt repayment.
• Handle debtor control, including overdue payments, legal case preparation, and reconciliations.
• Provide financial reports, interest calculations, and credit-related documentation.
• Verify and process payments, track debts, and manage financial clearances.
• Conduct counterparty due diligence and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• A degree in Law or Economics (or current enrollment in a relevant program).
• Prior work experience in the field is an advantage but not mandatory. We are open to considering students with relevant education
• English proficiency: not less than Upper Intermediate level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
