giftmall is a Ukrainian product company in the Employee Recognition category, specializing in creating IT solutions for motivating employees, partners, and clients.

Our products are designed to manage reward processes, recognition, and productivity incentives in the corporate environment. We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our marketing team!

What do you need to join us?

  • 2 years of experience in PPC with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimising campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring constant campaign optimization.
  • Confident user of Figma and Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Main tasks:

  • Develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with business goals to maximize ROI and achieve key performance targets.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to refine and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance and ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment)
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
