RF Engineer

We’re looking for an RF Engineer to help our client boost their product in miltech. You will work with a software and robotics company specializing in robotic solutions for demining territories.

They provide cutting-edge solutions for challenging environments, with a strong focus on supporting and improving field operations. Their goal is to revolutionize safety and functionality for critical applications across various regions and industries.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RF Engineer to join our client’s team. This role would work to integrate the client’s solutions with their customers' different radio systems, as well as develop their own in-house standard radio kits.

What you'll do in this role  

• Develop and integrate secure, high-performance communication and signal processing systems for military applications.

• Work with radio and satellite communications.

• Implement anti-jamming, encryption, and interference mitigation techniques to ensure robust and secure communications.

• Work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with their existing radio communication systems.

• Lead the design and standardization of in-house military-grade radio kits to enhance compatibility and interoperability.

• Conduct field and laboratory testing to assess communication system performance in harsh and contested environments.

• Work closely with military personnel and defense contractors to ensure systems meet operational requirements and regulatory standards.

• Travel to brigade HQ or training ground within Ukraine. 

We're looking for

• 5 years of experience as an Engineer, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in signal and connectivity (radio, antennas, boards, etc.).

• Experience with radio, video streaming, controls, 200 mHz - 5.4 gHz.

• Experience with communication systems currently in use in Ukraine.

• Experience with signal encryption and anti-jamming techniques.

• Experience in integrating diverse radio communication systems and developing standardized radio kits.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering is required, Master’s is a plus, preferably with electrical or computer science background.

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within Ukraine. 

• Strong spoken and written English skills.
