Job Summary
PayPro Global is looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager (Customer Success Manager) to join our team. As part of the Customer Success team, you will play a key role in ensuring our partners achieve success and growth while using our platform. You will act as the main point of contact for our vendors, helping them optimize their payment and subscription processes, drive revenue growth, and enhance their overall experience with PayPro Global.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as their trusted advisor to ensure they achieve their business goals with PayPro Global.
  • Onboarding and Training:
  • Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to use our platform’s features and services effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Regularly review vendor performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize their sales and operations.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Proactive Support:
  • Identify opportunities to improve the vendor’s experience, such as optimizing checkout flows, managing refunds, and enhancing subscription models.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Risk, Product, and Support) to provide seamless service and advocate for vendor needs and feedback.
     

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
    • Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or payment processing would be a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with vendors.
    • Problem-solving abilities to address vendor challenges effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with payment processing systems, subscription models, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Comfortable with using CRM tools and reporting platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Language Skills:
    • At least Upper Intermediate English;
