We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently to drive the success of our content and affiliate strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of copywriting expertise and project management skills who is also comfortable working with SEO tools and data analytics to ensure our content reaches the right audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire content production process, from idea generation to publication, ensuring timelines are met and quality is maintained.
Copywriting & Editing: Draft, edit, and refine blog posts, ensuring content aligns with our brand’s voice, engages our readers, and adheres to SEO best practices.
SEO & Analytics: Use SEO tools (e.g., AHREFS, Google Analytics) to research keywords, optimize content, and track performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
Affiliate Management: Integrate affiliate links in a way that adds value to our readers without disrupting the flow of content.
CMS Management: Publish and update content in our CMS, ensuring it is visually engaging, formatted correctly, and optimized for SEO.
Organizational Skills: Maintain an organized content calendar, track tasks and deadlines, and communicate effectively with contributors to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
Copywriting Experience: Strong writing and editing skills in English with a portfolio of published work. Experience in home decor or lifestyle topics is a plus.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like AHREFS, SEMrush, or Google Analytics, with a track record of optimizing content for search.
Project Management Skills: Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar is a plus.
Self-starter: Able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to contribute to a growing brand.
