We are looking for an active and responsible administrator to become part of our friendly team and help ensure the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the store's staff.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Solving operational issues and monitoring compliance with internal standards.
- Maintaining documentation, preparing reports on the store's operations.
- Control over the display of goods and maintenance of order in the trading hall.
- Carrying out inventories and managing product balances.
- Communication with suppliers and the company office.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail (preferably in the field of clothing and footwear).
- Leadership qualities, responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to organize team work and resolve conflict situations.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- Experience with cash registers and product accounting programs.
- High level of communication and customer orientation.
