We are looking for an experienced developer with deep knowledge of Pixi.js and frontend development in JavaScript. The main focus is on developing game mechanics (e.g., slots) and lightweight mobile applications that load quickly and work stably.
Responsibilities:
- Develop 2D games and applications using Pixi.js.
- Integrate game mechanics (e.g., slots, mini-games).
- Optimize applications for fast loading and performance on mobile devices.
- Maintain and improve existing code.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and the QA team to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Understanding of and experience with Pixi.js (batch rendering, texture atlases, minimizing draw calls, handling pointer events, and interactivity).
- Understanding of how WebGL and Canvas rendering work.
- Experience creating optimized animations tailored to hardware requirements (including minimal specs).
- Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with texture atlases (e.g., TexturePacker or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of smooth animations (spritesheets, Spine animations, tween animations).
- Experience with GSAP or Pixi-tween is a plus.
