Junior Marketing Designer
About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing designer to join our specialist team on a full-time basis. You are expected to work during UK office hours to have better overlap with your wider team members and collaborate. Some flexibility can be discussed, but a large part of the working day must overlap with the remaining team.
As a full-time Marketing designer, you will be working on various projects aimed at promoting our services on social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with our Lead designer and Marketing team to craft engaging graphics and animations.
You will be working with an international team; therefore, good English is required. Our team members are based in the UK, Ukraine, UAE and India.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation: Design static banners and short animated clips for platforms like LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) to enhance brand visibility.
Design & Redesign marketing materials (brochures, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics) following predefined templates and brand guidelines.
Website Design Support: Assist in creating simple landing pages, forms, and improving website visuals under the guidance of the Lead Designer.
Motion Graphics: Develop interface animations and demo clips to showcase product features or services.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to conceptualize and storyboard projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on all designs to meet technical specifications and optimize them for different platforms.
Skills and Qualifications:
+2 years of related experience in graphic/motion/UI/UX design
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suites, Figma and other relevant tools.
Upper – Intermediate English level
Curiosity for learning new processes and tools;
Adaptability to changing priorities and assignments;
Attention to details especially in following compliance guidelines;
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to simplify complex information into visually engaging designs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in the AI/data analytics industry will be a plus.
