We are looking for highly motivated people who would like to work and earn money. Honesty, responsibility, and desire to work is a MUST. Good communication and writing skills. Most of the time (90% of your working time) you will be chating with brokers and drivers. There are NO 500 calls a day.

 We are doing Expedite delivery service and working with cargo and sprinter vans using a Sylectus tracking app.

Your task is to find a proper load on a load board, book it using an email and dispatch it using the application and send all info to the driver.

You don't need any experience - we will teach you ALL. 

  Responsibilities*

•         Booking Freight and developing relationships with brokers and drivers
•         Pre-planning trips for your assigned drivers
•         Checking broker creditworthiness to ensure a prompt payment history
•         Completing new customer contracts
•         Providing driver updates to the customers

Skills

•         Languages: English (Advanced level is a MUST)
•         Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
•         Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
•         Ability to work in high-pressure situations
•         Strong negotiating skills
•         Basic computer proficiency
•         Ability to work Monday-Friday 2 pm - 01 am
•         Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
