Our client - a risk management services company, operates in both the UK and Ukrainian markets. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to develop and oversee supply chain processes, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the company’s supply chain strategy to align with business goals.
- Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs to monitor performance.
- Ensure smooth logistics operations and maintain accurate supply chain records.
- Train and guide employees to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for improving supply chain processes.
- Address and resolve any issues, such as delivery delays or accidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated business strategies.
- Develop and implement safety guidelines for all supply chain activities (e.g. trucks, forklifts, etc.).
- Ensure that all supply chain processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP MM).
- Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
