- Willingness to work evening shifts and be flexible with regard to time zones
- Experience as a sales manager/dispatcher or a similar position in any type of household services
- Ability to understand customer needs and respond quickly and effectively to them
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt

- Fixed rate $800-$1000 (when schedule 2/2)
- You work 2 days and have 2 days off. A work schedule that gives you the opportunity to arrange a colorful life palette!)
- Working hours from 18.00 to 06.00 Kyiv time

- Salary payment 1-2 times a month (at the request of the employee)
- Work on a hot basis with clients who leave applications themselves;

What will need to be done:
- Receive VoIP calls and process requests in CRM
- Work in the California time zone
- Follow the created scripts and supplement them
- Accompany clients from the moment of application to the execution of the service, providing them with a sense of security and satisfaction
- Support the efficient work of the department: implementation of the sales plan, quality control
- Work with customers after service (gathering feedback, processing complaints)
- Completing reports on your work
