Overview

I am looking for an experienced agency or freelancer specialized in creating high-quality, long-form YouTube videos. This is a long-term collaboration, and I aim to establish a consistent working relationship with a professional who understands my vision and can deliver outstanding content on an ongoing basis.

The videos require exceptional storytelling, seamless transitions, and, just as crucial, a powerful music score that enhances the emotional impact of the narrative. My references set the standard, and I expect contractors to thoroughly analyze them before submitting proposals.

Project Scope

I will provide only the topics, and it will be the contractor’s responsibility to create everything else, including scripting, visuals, music, and editing. The final product should be a fully finished video, ready for release on YouTube, crafted with creative input from the production team.

Key aspects of the videos include:

• Narrative-Driven Visual Storytelling The video must maintain viewer engagement through well-paced storytelling, structured tension, and cinematic visuals.
• Exceptional Music Scoring & Composition The music must amplify the emotions in the story, keeping the audience deeply engaged from start to finish.
• High-Quality Visuals Utilize stock footage, motion graphics, animations, 2D/3D material, or custom-rendered scenes to create a visually stunning experience.
• Professional Voiceover The narration should match the tone and depth of the video. (If needed, I will specify which voice was used previously.)
• Deep Analysis of Reference Videos Understand pacing, transitions, and technical aspects that make the reference videos effective.
• Creative Input & Recommendations I welcome suggestions to elevate the overall quality of the videos.

Requirements for Contractors

1. Proven Experience & References
   • Share previous work that demonstrates similar skills in long-form video production.
   • Provide samples showcasing expertise in storytelling, music composition, and video editing.
2. Production Capabilities
   • Detail how many videos you can deliver per month.
   • Clearly state if you handle all aspects (scriptwriting, video editing, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, stock footage, music, sound design, etc.), as I prefer contractors who manage the entire production process independently.
3. Pricing
   • Provide detailed pricing for 10 videos each:
     • 30-minute video
     • 45-minute video
     • 60-minute video
     • 90-minute video
4. Licensing & Ownership
   • Specify what materials will be provided (stock footage, music, graphics) to ensure full ownership and licensing.
   • Preference will be given to agencies/freelancers who can manage the entire process, including licensing.
   • Final project files must be provided to allow for future alterations if necessary.
5. Long-Term Commitment
   • Understand that this is an ongoing collaboration, not a one-time project.
