What you’ll do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring project success and team efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan projects: create detailed schedules, allocate resources, and manage timelines
• Communicate with clients: act as the primary contact, keeping clients updated and addressing their needs
• Coordinate teams: foster a productive workflow through daily updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Track performance: monitor milestones, budgets, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery
• Drive improvements: work with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Maintain documentation: keep project records organized and accessible

You’re the perfect fit if you

• Have 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager
• Speak and write English fluently at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions
• Understand and can apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excel in communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Understand software development processes or have a technical education

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with IT outsourcing or digital agencies
• Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence
