Junior Brand Manager (Dnipro)

AUK is seeking Junior Brand Manager in Dnipro who will be responsible for the operational management of all AUK Dnipro Campus brand building initiatives, brand communication, events, marketing intelligence and supports Head of Brand Marketing in various tasks.

- Open to business trips to AUK Kyiv Campus (1-2 times/quarter)
Key responsibilities:
- Execution of communication campaigns including agencies’ briefings, development of visuals, copywrites, texts and qualitative assessment of campaigns
- Execution of events targeted at enrollment
- Implementation of partnership projects
- AUK merchandizing management: ideation, production, stock management
- Webpages content development, including texts and visuals
- Promotional presentations and brochures development
- Campus branding projects execution
- Marketing research briefings and projects management, surveys execution
- Agreements and payment management in partnership with Finance and Legal departments
- Budget management of projects and regular reporting of Marketing A&P budget
- Supports Head of Brand Marketing with educational market trendwatching, competition intelligence, making comprehensive analysis and distilling actionable insights
- Builds optimal, transparent and efficient cooperation with AUK team, agencies and partners
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience as Junior brand manager preferably with international brands
- Drive & determination to achieve planning & organizing
- Imagination & creativity
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to details
- English B2+
- Open to business trips to AUK Kyiv Campus (1-2 times/quarter)
