Manager of Lifelong Learning Programs

AUK is seeking a Manager of Lifelong Learning Programs (LLL) to take on the responsibility of developing and overseeing LLL programs. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and expansion of innovative educational initiatives aimed at fostering lifelong learning opportunities at AUK.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Management Executive Education

• Design and implement customized, high-value programs for companies, organizations, and government institutions.
• Focus on revenue generation while contributing to the development of AUK’s graduate programs.

Professional Development Programs

• Develop career-oriented programs aimed at professional development, retraining, or certification.
• Create medium-priced, open enrollment offerings endorsed by companies or leading to certifications.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Build, support, and lead a community of faculty, course contributors, and volunteers.
• Recruit and engage industry and business partners, university faculty, community leaders, and professionals to co-create and develop innovative programs and events.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with businesses, industries, NGOs, policymakers, regulators, and educational institutions to:
  • Develop new programs.
  • Enhance AUK’s brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and future opportunities.

Marketing

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Enrollment teams to develop and execute marketing strategy.
• Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and meet enrollment targets for all LLL programs.

Financial Oversight
Plan and manage the operational budget for the LLL department, ensuring:

• Effective expenditure monitoring.
• Adherence to budgetary limitations and fiscal policies.
• Timely reporting of financial performance to AUK leadership.

Quality Assurance
Evaluate program outcomes by:

• Regularly measuring student and partner satisfaction.
• Implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Strategic Partnerships

• Explore collaborations with corporate universities and maintain partnerships with international institutions and professional bodies to offer globally recognized certifications.
• Ensure compliance with AUK’s policies and national regulations across all program activities.
  
  

Qualifications 

• 2 years of experience in a relevant position

• Proven experience in developing and managing educational or training programs, preferably in executive or professional education. 

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders. 

• Strategic mindset. 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Budget management experience and a solid understanding of financial reporting. 

• Knowledge of current trends in lifelong learning, executive education, and professional development.

• Proficient in English and Ukrainian Language
