What you need to do:
- Work closely with existing partners to create and manage successful affiliate campaigns with a focus on CPA deals.
- Finding and attracting new partners on CPA, Revshare, Hybrid modelsAttracting new media buying teams using traffic channels such as: Facebook, PPC, UAC and ASO.
- Use of partner software: platforms, CRM, trackers, to monitor performance, optimize results and ensure the satisfaction of our partners.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to align goals and create strategies that deliver results.
What skills do you need to have:
- Experience: From 1 years working with gambling/betting verticals.
- Experience working on a product/affiliate program.
- Having its own strong base of partners in relevant verticals.
- Skills in working with affiliate software: platforms, CRM, trackers.
- English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+).
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking;Good organizational skills, goal orientation and reporting skills.
