We are a USA-based logistics company providing services across the North American region. The company has offices in the USA, Mexico, and Poland and now we are also hiring in Odesa.
Currently, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
What do we offer:
- 3,5 USD/per hour (netto) + commission.
- 16:00 — 01:00 shift (in the office untill 23:00)
- Nice office in the very center of Odesa (Troitska str.)
- Taxi compensation.
Other shifts we offer:
- 23:00 - 07:00, Mon-Fri - office or remote
- 07:00 - 16:00, Mon-Fri - office
- 19:00 - 07:00, Sat-sun - office or remote
Your responsibilities:
- Working with internal logistics systems.
- Making sure the delivery process goes smoothly and providing our clients with great customer service.
- Putting location and other kinds of updates of the drivers into the database.
- Answering calls/emails from our clients or brokers.
- Monitoring of our transportation applications.
- Clarification of all details with drivers and transport brokers.
Our requirements:
- A good level of both spoken and written English (B2-C1).
- Confident PC user.
- Experience with MS Office and/or G-Suite is desirable.
- Any previous experience in Logistics and/or in US-based companies will be a big plus.
