Main duties:
- Communication with suppliers and structural units of the company regarding the receipt of a package of accompanying documents and information on the delivery of goods;
- work with carriers and transport forwarding companies (obtaining documents, organizing cargo customs terminal services, etc.);
- checking for compliance and completeness of filling and completeness of transport and accompanying documents;
- preparation of documents for submission to customs authorities for the organization of care, sample selection, etc.;
- cargo inspections,
- interaction with representatives of state bodies — the State Customs Service, the State Production and Consumer Service and other services related to customs clearance;
- accounting, collection and preservation of documentation related to customs clearance of cargo.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education
- Customs broker courses
- Knowledge of the basics of the regulatory framework in the field of foreign economic activity and product logistics;
- Knowledge of the main package of documents (title, edition, content) accompanying the foreign economic transaction for the supply of goods;
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, MD Office - confident user, 1C - will be an advantage);
- Responsibility, high level of self-organization, analytical thinking, attention to details.
- Willingness to learn
- Category B driver's license (preferred)
- English at B1 level and above (preferred)
