We are looking for an Oncology Patient Outreach & Support Representative for VISION MED's project named “Second Opinion”.
“Second Opinion” is a patient-centric digital platform that grants direct access to renowned German cancer specialists. With integrated AI translation and a simple online registration, patients can submit their medical records for a thorough evaluation. Within just five days, they receive a comprehensive second opinion along with treatment recommendations. Affordable pricing options, starting at €119, make expert consultations accessible worldwide. Built on strong partnerships with top German medical institutions and recognized by the European Union, we ensure trust, quality, and convenience in cancer care.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the medical industry
- Basic understanding of oncology
- Fluency in Ukrainian, and ideally some proficiency in English or German
- Familiarity with digital communication tools for managing online consultations and document handling

- Feedback Collection: Implement systems for collecting and analyzing patient feedback to continuously improve the service.
- Platform Familiarity: Train to proficiently use and explain the platform's functionalities to others.
- Consultation: Provide initial consultations to explain the service’s benefits, procedures, and costs.
- You are free to engage in other Marketing Initiatives: like attract patients through social media platforms, develop local marketing strategies such as distributing informational brochures or digital ads.
- Expanded Tasks:
- Outreach and Networking: Build relationships with local healthcare providers to facilitate introductions and collaborations.
- Education and Training: Conduct seminars or webinars to educate both potential clients and healthcare providers about the benefits and processes involved in obtaining second opinions.
