We represent the popular science YouTube channel Ridddle. Our team has been creating content on YouTube for 9 years, with over 10 million subscribers, 2 billion views, and localization into 9 different languages.

We continue to grow and are searching for a Creative producer who will strengthen our team with their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Researching and identifying engaging topics for content production and gathering relevant information.
• Creating compelling video packaging (thumbnails and titles).
• Developing visual packaging concepts in collaboration with designers.
• Analyzing thumbnail and title performance metrics.
• Improving channel performance indicators.
• Working with YouTube analytics tools.
• Presenting video concepts in English during online meetings.
Requirements:
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Understanding of YouTube analytics and algorithms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience launching and managing YouTube channels is a plus.
