Student Project Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be involved in multiple projects supervised by experienced project managers.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project management, working closely with the Head of the PMO, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. This will allow you to enhance your skills in planning and time management, demonstrate your organizational abilities, understand the company’s processes, and gain valuable experience in business communication.

Work mode: This is a full-time position located in our Lviv office.

Requirements and skills:

Required skills:

- Upper-intermediate English level (B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Project Management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Experience with tools like Google spreadsheet, Google Calendar, or similar 
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence 

Nice-to-have skills:

- Work experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Support Manager
- Completed courses in Project Management 
- Familiar with ChatGPT, ClickUp 

Responsibilities:

- Updating Project KPIs 
- Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status Reports 
- Work with reporting of IT teams, preparation of monthly reports (time logs)
- Informing as for new & existing policies, admin updates, upcoming tech talk, other DevCom updates, etc
- Facilitating scrum events 
- Work with the existing project managers on the improvement of business processes
- Set up new processes in pair with the existing project managers
- Updating current Project Documentation. Editing and assisting in creating project documentation
- Requirements clarification, business analysis of high-level requirements
- Gathering project status updates and data from various team members. This involves effective communication with team members and accuracy in collecting up-to-date information
- Jira maintenance. By PM supervision - managing and maintaining the project tracking tool. This includes adding new tasks, updating their status, monitoring changes, estimation checks, and building reports
- Variety of tasks: organizational, project-related, and analytical responsibilities
- Teamwork and independent tasks: You will collaborate with different teams to facilitate project progress, as well as you will also handle independent tasks
- Organizing fun times, team-building, etc

- Salary for the period of the Student Program (3 months) is $300 gross per month (depends on the results of the interview and can be discussed). After successful completion of the Student Program, the salary – $500 gross
