A partner of Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for a Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of Customer Experience department programs performance metrics.
- Create insightful reports and visualisations using Power BI.
- Prepare analytical conclusions and recommendations in the format of presentations and reports.
- Forecast sales volumes and program outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams for analytical insights and reporting needs.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL, including complex queries (CTE and temporary tables).
- Understanding of database structures and data relationships.
- Intermediate Power BI skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- English B1+.
Preferred:
- Experience in the FMCG sector.
- Specialized education in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing.
