Designer / Content maker consultant

The international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH) implementing in Ukraine the USAID-supported Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians Activity (SAFEMed), is looking for Designer / Content maker consultant

The main goal of the position is to provide visual and content support for information presentation according to the current activities of the SAFEMed project in Ukraine. These activities are aimed at supporting the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MOH) to maintain the "One Voice" approach for effective and transparent communication and visualization of EU integration process, the establishment of the State Competent Authority (SCA), and related proceeds that include the key stakeholders such as the State Expert Center (SEC), the State Service on Medicines and Drug Control (SMDC), specialized organizations, Ukrainian business associations, public associations, international stakeholders and other representatives of the pharmaceutical sector.

Description of Services to be provided:

1. Work on visual project requests from the team due to the operational needs within the activities designated to support the establishment of a State Control Authority (SCA) and Ukraine's efforts toward EU integration in the healthcare sphere.

2. Creation of content and its visualization, copywriting, and text content editing.

3. Creation of presentations and specific templates, including layouts for the title slide, key findings, sections, key data, and methodology;

4. Development of data visualization templates for implementation in all performance formats.

5. Provide visual content for different types of information collected.6. Support for visual identification of projects due to the established requirements of USAID/SAFEMed Activity and MOH in communication with SEC, SMDC, and other involved stakeholders.

6.Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team and any other required meetings.

8. Due to the requests, preparation reports regarding tasks performed.

Requirements:

• At least three (3) years of work experience in the field of graphic design, web-design, copywriting and related areas;
• proven experience in cooperation with state healthcare authorities or other connected stakeholders;
• understanding the reform of the healthcare system of Ukraine will be an advantage;
• working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• skills in graphic redactors like Canva, Figma etc.;
• ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats, adherence to brand book guidelines if applied; familiarity with digital photo editing;
• professional command of Ukrainian and English languages;
• ability to work independently and as a team-player as well, meet deadlines and prioritize.
