COO (операційний директор в фонд)
A charitable foundation is looking for a COO to join our team to support the efficient operation of the organization and improve processes aimed at achieving social goals. The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, coordinating projects, managing resources, and ensuring the continuous development of the foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the foundation's operational processes, including developing and implementing standards and procedures.- Coordinate the team’s work, ensuring interaction between departments and partners.- Prepare and control budgets, financial reports, and management plans.- Organize and monitor the execution of charitable programs and initiatives.- Identify and analyze new opportunities for the organization’s growth.- Collaborate with other international foundations, organizations, and government bodies at the global level.- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in the organization’s activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education.- At least 2 years of experience as an operations manager or in a similar role.- Knowledge of the fundamentals of charity work and social initiatives (preferred).- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English at a high level (ability to conduct negotiations in English).
