Operational Manager - Full time (Операційний менеджер)
Someone who has 2+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in product IT companies.
Is an expert in various approaches to project management Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Safe, Waterfall.
Someone who uses a data driven approach to decision making.
Has experience in managing a project portfolio.
Have experience working with freelancers
Strong in crisis management.
Had experience in Marketing, Product/Dev, Finance.
Speaks English at the Intermediate to Upper level.
We need an Operational Manager for:
Managing the company's project portfolio.
Responsibility for achieving the company's financial goals (according to Net Margin, Net Income metrics).
Managing business and service units.
Creating and adjusting bonus systems for teams and employees.
Facilitating meetings at the manager level.
Managing company goals (setting, monitoring implementation).
Monitoring the achievement of company goals in Jira, Power BI systems.
Constant monitoring of the company's efficiency and cost optimization.
Optimization, automation of company processes, elimination of bottlenecks in processes.
Coaching and mentoring of company managers.
Holding synchronised meetings at the manager level.
Responsibility for the implementation of the company's growth strategy.
Control of project budgets (coordination, cost control).
Risk management in the company.
Work with the E-commerce direction.
