Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Performance Management:
Oversee staff operations, ensuring all tasks and objectives are completed effectively and align with business goals.Recruitment and Team Development:
Hire, structure, and grow the team according to business needs, fostering a strong and efficient workforce.Strategic Business Planning and KPI Reporting:
Develop and implement strategic business plans while monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting, and financial planning, and oversee financial transactions with partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Trend Monitoring and Business Adaptation:
Analyze industry trends and innovations, adapting the business model and product strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in senior management roles.
Industry Expertise: Proven track record in digital marketing or related fields, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts and basic knowledge of the market landscape.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost management, and analyzing key financial indicators.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in planning, executing, and controlling projects using project management tools and methodologies.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
Change Management: Experience in implementing changes in business processes and technologies.
