Job Summary:

As a Product Owner at our rapidly growing digital marketing company, you will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and scaling our success. You will operate in the dynamic market of advertising integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Performance Management:
  Oversee staff operations, ensuring all tasks and objectives are completed effectively and align with business goals.

• Recruitment and Team Development:
  Hire, structure, and grow the team according to business needs, fostering a strong and efficient workforce.

• Strategic Business Planning and KPI Reporting:
  Develop and implement strategic business plans while monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
  Manage budgeting, and financial planning, and oversee financial transactions with partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Trend Monitoring and Business Adaptation:
  Analyze industry trends and innovations, adapting the business model and product strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in senior management roles.

• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in digital marketing or related fields, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts and basic knowledge of the market landscape.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

• Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost management, and analyzing key financial indicators.

• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in planning, executing, and controlling projects using project management tools and methodologies.

• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to leverage analytics for informed decision-making.

• Change Management: Experience in implementing changes in business processes and technologies.
