Обов'язки:
- Ведення обліку та контроль оплати праці співробітників
- Обробка платіжних доручень та ведення обліку фінансових операцій
- Підготовка фінансової звітності та аналіз фінансових показників
- Співпраця з іншими відділами компанії для забезпечення фінансової дисципліни
Вимоги:
- Вища освіта в галузі фінансів, обліку або економіки
- Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 1 року
- Знання англійської мови на рівні не нижче середнього (керівник - експат)
- Відмінні знання програми Excel та BAS
- Вміння працювати в команді та готовність до виконання рутинних завдань

Norwegian People’s Aid is a politically independent membership-based organization working in Norway and in more than 30 countries around the world. Founded in 1939 as the labour movement's humanitarian solidarity organization, NPA aims to improve people's living conditions and to create a democratic, just, and safe society. NPA's international work covers three core areas: Mine Action and disarmament, Development and Humanitarian relief aid.
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is opening a vacancy of a Payroll/Finance Assistant with proper English. The expected start date is ASAP.

General responsibilities
- Assist Finance Officer (FO) and SFO in accounting and financial control as per NPA policies, rules and regulations (Financial Handbook), the financial guidelines, and the national Law.
- Assist FO and SFO in preparations of vouchers, posting of vouchers into NPA financial system, scanning and uploading of posted documentation.
- Assist FO and SFO in preparations of bank payments, posting and reconciliation of payments.
- Assist PO in preparation of payroll, control of travel and leave documentation, preparation of payroll payments.
- Control cashiers in cash transactions, cash counts and reconciliations of cashboxes.
- Assist FO, SFO and FM in auditing process.
Specific duties
- Ensure adherence to NPA and donor policies, guidelines and procedures in addition to adherence to relevant national and local legislation especially local tax law and tax reporting.
- Assist FO and SFO in timely preparing of vouchers, ensuring that all supporting documents are provided by Logistic department and attached to the vouchers.
- Assist FO and SFO in timely preparing of bank payments, ensuring that all supporting documents required for payments are provided and attached to payment documentation.
- Communicate on daily basis with Logistics department to ensure timely receiving of original financial documentation related to procurements.
- Conduct registration of suppliers and employees in NPA financial system.
- Conduct control of cash transactions, ensuring that cash transactions, cash counts and reconciliations of cashboxes are done in accordance to QMS and local cashbox policies.
- Conduct regular postings to NPA financial system, ensuring that bank accounts and cashboxes are reconciled on a weekly basis.
- Assist PO in preparation of payroll calculations, social insurance payments, tax deductions and payroll other payments.
- Assist PO in coordination with HR department on timely receiving of all required payroll information, such are timesheets, new commers, leaves, travels, deductions or additional payments, etc.
- Communicate on daily basis with HR department to ensure timely receiving of documentation related to presence at work (timesheets), new employees, leaves, travels, deductions, etc.
- When required, conduct scanning of vouchers and other documentation and uploading of documentation into NPA financial system.
- Assist FO, SFO and FM during internal and external audits in-country and follow up on recommendations.
- Assist FO, SFO and FM in managing the cash flow and ensure there is adequate cash in-country for activities/operations.
- Provide practical recommendations to FO, SFO and FM as to improve internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies.
- Participate at weekly coordination meetings within Financial Department. Assist in reviewing and investigating of financial errors reported.
- Participate at regular meetings with Logistic and HR department.
- Get familiar with NPA QMS and donor policies and procedures related to his/her position.
- Conduct other duties as assigned by Line Manager and additional reporting lines.
Must have:
- University degree/diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or other Finance related field.
- Good knowledge of English - both speaking and writing.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in accounting computer programs is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience in role relevant to accounting, payroll, cash handling or other relevant field, preferably (but not exclusively) in the humanitarian sector.
- Experiences with accounting systems and payments are desirable.
Personal Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Systematic and organized in approach, including accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure with limited supervision.
Additional Considerations:
The Payroll/Accounting Assistant is to abide by the policies and personal code of conduct set by the NPA and represent the organization loyally and responsibly.
