UAM (User Acquisition Manager)
Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute user acquisition strategies.
— Launch, analyze, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for mobile apps across various platforms.
— Acquire new users from diverse traffic sources.
— Explore and identify new user acquisition channels and opportunities for growth.
— Research, test, and develop new channels for user acquisition.
— Collaborate with the Creative Manager to create and improve creative assets.
— Search for and enhance effective user acquisition strategies.
— Work with the Creative team to generate, develop, and test new user acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
— Proven experience in performance marketing.
— Hands-on experience with traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Google).
— Knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer.
— Strong knowledge of SKAN and W2A, A2A funnels.
— Solid understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
— Experience with analytical tools for acquisition analysis (e.g., Amplitude).
— Deep understanding of user acquisition principles, funnels, and ways to optimize them.
— Result-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
