Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails)
Candor Global Services is looking for an experienced Senior Full- Stack Developer to join the Cyprus based Unifin Cryptobank team.
Who we are: UniFin CryptoBank ApS (UFCB) is an autonomous subsidiary of UniFin ApS and a member of the UniFin Group. An innovative crypto bank offering a wide range of financial services in the crypto industry. Operating under the VASP Danish FSA and AML Danish FSA licenses, it is focused on private and corporate clients, providing safe and convenient financial solutions in the field of digital assets.
Desired candidates possess:
- A developer who is passionate about coding, has experience across platforms and technologies.
- Able to operate with very little direction and able to complete tasks in given timelines.
- Should be comfortable to communicate, involve actively in planning and implementation.
- Presenting and executing unique ideas for product improvement.
- Making key technical decisions and building our platform using Rails best practices and conventions.
Skills and Competencies:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails full-stack development
- Good understanding of Rails conventions and best practices
- Experience with Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus)
- Experience and desire to maintain good test coverage
- Experience with Go programming language
- AWS cloud infrastructure expertise
- Background in fintech or financial services
- Experience working in a remote-first environment
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our core platform using Ruby on Rails
- Build robust, scalable applications following Rails conventions and best practices
- Collaborate with the CTO to establish technical architecture and coding standards
- Create responsive web interfaces using Rails views, Hotwire, and Stimulus
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and mentor future team members
- Help shape our engineering culture and processes
What we offer:
Employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine (with full tax compensation) or PE;
- Monthly income: Salary — $3500-$4000;
