We are looking for a Night Reception Manager to manage our reception area during the night shifts. You will act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments during night shifts
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required
- Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
- Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
- Supervises and directs Reception personnel; supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods
- Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations
Requirements:
- One year of relevant working experience as Front Office Supervisor / Duty Manager
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Fluent English (other Foreign Languages command will be a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanour at all times
- Depending on business demands, this individual may be asked to work additional hours, flexible schedule, and/or perform additional job responsibilities
