You are:
- An experienced professional in the operational teams (2+ years);
- Skilled in MS Office
- Great at communicator and team player
- Good at planning and organizational skills
- Adaptable to change in fast-paced environment
- Able to lead multigenerational team and team of matrix environment
- Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level
With you we will:
- Manage and develop the P2O team
- Work on implementation of P2O plans and objectives, support S2P achieving Annual NPS for Operational Partners
- Support on implementation of different projects across served Markets
- Drive and monitor for timeliness and accuracy of activities in scope: Procurement Financial Services
- Ensure compliance with Nestle practices for P2O processes
- Drive continuous improvement to standardize, simplify and automate the P2O activities and improve FTR of processes
- Participate in TSQ meetings
