At Livatek, we’re a small but ambitious company, and we’re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in our Kyiv office. In this role, you’ll be an essential bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and helping our clients achieve their goals. Whether it’s managing distributed teams, onboarding new clients, or improving workflows, you’ll play a crucial role in building strong, successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with onboarding and guide them through the project lifecycle.
  • Be the primary point of contact for non-commercial inquiries and manage client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure smooth project delivery.:
  • Help clients build the right teams by working with the recruitment team.
  • Support team onboarding and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Lead events or some workshops to enhance team efficiency and dynamics.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and align with client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate on implementing them to streamline workflows.

Skills Required:

  • Project Management: Experience managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Client Relations: Strong communication skills to build relationships and manage client needs.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and support onboarding processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to internal workflows.
  • Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Problem Solving: Quick to address challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Experience in leading workshops to improve team efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with recruitment, technical, and management teams.
